Digital Products – Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by No Deficiencies Noted are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the digital file has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, purchasing the wrong guide, or a customer's project failing an inspection.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe there is another error with your order, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and, when appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
